Terms of Service

By accessing or using this MESH instance you agree to these terms. MESH is operated by the team running this deployment. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content, malware, or copyright-infringing material.
• Do not attempt to access other users' projects.
• Do not abuse AI features (background removal, image generation) for deceptive content (deepfakes, identity fraud).
• Do not perform load-tests, penetration-tests, or scraping without explicit written permission from the operator.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your password and any invite links confidential. The operator can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (project boards, images, text). By using the service you grant the operator a limited licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service — including sending images to optional AI providers (Anthropic, Bria, Gemini) when you invoke those features.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running and to back up data daily, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or zero data loss.

Limits

AI features have per-day and per-minute quotas to protect against abuse. Excessive automated traffic may be rate-limited or blocked.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced via the service or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
